Once you have decided on a plan, the remaining steps to draft and execute your estate plan typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Every estate plan is different, so these timeframes and structures are provided as an example – it may take more time, or it may take less time, depending on your objectives and needs.

What happens during the Execute Plan phase?

In the Execute Plan phase, you will sign all your prepared estate planning documents, make crucial end-of-life healthcare decisions, and collaborate with your attorney to ensure proper alignment of assets according to the new plan.
